2026 DTLA Annual Convention

This year's convention will cover topics from spotting issues in bankruptcy, social security and Medicare PI cases; AAJ updates; current issues in workers' compensation; a Superior Court judges panel; case law update; AI update; ethics update and others.

The convention has been approved for 9.0 hours of CLE in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, including 1 hour of ethics. Included in your registration are breakfasts, breaks, lunch, and the reception on Friday; Saturday breakfast and breaks are also included. You will also have an opportunity to network with companies who provide products and/or services to the legal community or your clients.

Hotel Reservations

To make your reservation at the Atlantic Sands, call 800-422-0600 or 302-227-2511 and refer to booking ID code #11236 and specify that you are part of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association convention. Only registered attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers may register within DTLA's room block. 

The hotel cannot guarantee a specific room type, but they will note your request. The deadline for reserving a room in DTLA's block is May 8, 2026. After that date, any remaining rooms will be released back to the hotel for sale at market rate. *** Please note the special DTLA rate is NOT available if you make your reservation online.***
 

Parking
At this time, parking at the Atlantic Sands is available only to hotel guests. If that changes, DTLA will post a message to the DTLA List.

All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (email is okay). Refund requests received by 5/30/2026 will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations received 5/31/2026 to 6/4/2026, will be subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations received on 6/5/2026 or after are not eligible for refunds; please call DTLA if you must cancel after 6/5.
