The effect of trauma on the brain: using films as evidence of mild traumatic brain injury and how the attorney-client relationship may be impacted by brain injury.
Neil S. Kaye, Psy.D. will explain how to use the physical evidence found in brain scans as proof of traumatic brain injury. Philadelphia attorney Ken Fulginetti, Esquire, and DTLA past president Bart Dalton, Esquire will follow up with a discussion of the proofs, pitfalls and ethical issues that arise from traumatic brain injury.
The program has been approved for 2.0 hours of CLE in Delaware and Pennsylvania. A box lunch will be available when registration opens at 11 am; the presentation will begin promptly at 11:30 am. Please note that this program will not be video recorded for future viewing.
