2017 Fall Seminar: Case Framing with Mark Mandell

Details

If you want to succeed in trial, you have to find the reasons that will make your juries care. At this seminar, you will learn the newest innovation in preparing and trying your cases. Developed by AAJ Past President Mark Mandell, the Case Framing paradigm relies on the latest research in decision science and psychology to help you find the overall case frame, identify the "I just can't get over" issues, and echo those issues throughout trial. The underlying premise is that just verdicts result when everything presented at trial is framed and sequenced to focus juror attention on the points you most want to make. Your case is about what you focus it on; focus the jury's attention on what actually matters.

Mark Mandell is a Rhode Island attorney and the author of Case Framing, published in 2015, which draws on his 40-year career of successful verdicts. Mark has been travelling across the country teaching other plaintiff attorneys how to use the Case Framing paradigm, and the Regular Members, Public Defenders and Paralegals of Regular Members of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association are fortunate to have this opportunity to hear directly from Mark.

Please note this 4-hour seminar will not be recorded. If you think Case Framing will help your practice, please plan now to attend this CLE on Friday, October 6 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
